How to fall asleep after taking pre-workouts earlier in the day?

    I like having my pre-workout shakes. It just really puts me to the next level. I have tried a few different brands of stuff, as I tend to switch up my pre-workout stuff to experiment with different ones. Right now it's this:

    This stuff is really good, it doesn't make me all hyper and jittery, but I still have punch at the gym. Issue is, this shit keeps me up til 4 and 5 am almost everynight (granted going clubbing on the weekends is what got me in the pattern).

    I took 1 serving of the stuff yesterday without working out, and 1 this morning because i had a 10 hour drive to do. i've been up since noon yesterday and it's like 930 am now. im tired, but i cant fall asleep lol. And then once I do fall asleep, i dont feel like getting out of bed for shit, but to piss and fall right back asleep lol. No matter how important it is to get out of bed, I don't feel like it lol.

    If its making you not able to sleep then either reduce your dosage or stop asking it and find another.

    I can recommend Dymatize ISO 100
