Hi guys. I created a new routine that is 3 days of squatting (5x5), body weight lunges, and back extensions (5x.. I will do cardio for 4 days a week between 15-20 minutes of uphill walking, stairmaster, or jogging. My weight is 210 lbs at 6'0. My waist is 34 inches. Do you think if I continue this workout that I will lose some upper body mass? My goal is a thick legs and bubble butt. Any help would be appreciated.
