Hi guys. I created a new routine that is 3 days of squatting (5x5), body weight lunges, and back extensions (5x.icon_cool.gif. I will do cardio for 4 days a week between 15-20 minutes of uphill walking, stairmaster, or jogging. My weight is 210 lbs at 6'0. My waist is 34 inches. Do you think if I continue this workout that I will lose some upper body mass? My goal is a thick legs and bubble butt. Any help would be appreciated.

Depends on how long you will do this for ... looks unbalanced to focus completely on squats. There are plenty of squatting cycles (in strength training) that remove most upper body work for short periods. Remember, if you don't work a muscle, it will not grow.

If you want, add upper body compound lifts: power cleans, presses, deadlifts.

Thanks, I'm not entirely focused on upper body because because I have a heavy upper mass. I just shooting for nice legs and a round butt.

Are you taking the other body parts out of the equation? Why not have one leg day a week, and run sprints on upper body days? Go look at a sprinter's legs and ass...sprinting is the best recipe of the "bubble butt" you're wanting.

Sprinting is a great idea. I will definitely add this to my routine this to my workout routine. I'm trying to achieve a slightly more fem/athletic body so I not big on gaining upper mass. I may do push ups but that's as far as I go with upper body.
