I have heard all different ideas, thoughts, and techniques on creatine.
Let me say I feel it is a useful tool in gaining muscle, as well as the benefits from using CREATIN
So please enlighten me on your benefits and usage.

As of now I am going to use it 30 Minutes after my workout and add it to grape juice. Have been told grape juice is the best due to its sugar content.

    Thank you very much

I took creatine, I did the loading phase and then maintaining phase then stopped after 6 weeks
In my honest opinion I found it helped me bulk up (yes with water but it allowed me to push myself an extra few reps ) I felt energised and stron while taking it
I only did a 6 week test as using it regular will see your body get used to it and perhaps be bad for your internal organs in the long term
I would suggest if you are going to do it stick to a 6 week course and leave a good few weeks when and if you decide to do another one

The studies saying that artificially increasing creatine consumption over a prolonged period could potentially cause kidney and/or liver issues were debunked?

I use SizeOn and put half a scoop in my water bottle during a workout. No loading or cycle phase for me.

It did make me larger--but it seemed like all water weight, and it blew my blood pressure sky high. Quit it per doctor's orders.

I tried it for a period once, and was totally unimpressed and went back to using protein powder and fish oil as my only supplements.

You would need a 48oz steak to get 5gm creatine that is typically taken as a supplement
Also cooking meat / fish reduces the amount able to be absorbed by the body
Do some research on the possible harmful side effects of constantly taking creatine and you will find its massively stacked towards kidney damage high blood pressure etc
I'd love to see the report saying its not harmful to continually take it

I'd be leery of anything similar to cretin.

I personally have a very good experience taking creatine. I always take it with something containing sugar usually fruit juices, twice or once a day. I don't take it for longer then 8 weeks because after that I don't feel the effect as strong as at the beginning. The biggest effect I usually feel is the increased strength.

On the other hand I've heard about guys who didn't get any effect of it. (One of them was drinking it with pure water, no sugar, though.) And I've heard about some guys which had stomachaches because of it.

    So as always: it's individual.

also use Size On and been on it for about 6 years now. Very very good results and no bloating and because you drink it during your workout while you workout its almost like you don't notice your taking it.

it is expensive though. I would highly recommend this product but everyones body will react differently to the use of creatine so try it and see

I basically fill up a 32oz empty Gatorade bottle with water and dump by size on scoop in there but depending on how hot it is in the gym I will fill it up as I drink it

I use creatine monohydrate and love the pump I get while using it. I use Dark Rage as a pre-workout as it has the right amount of creatine for pre-workout. Then I add a teaspoon to my post-workout, ON's 2-1-1 Recovery. One thing to keep in mind. Too much creatine leads to diarrhea. In other words more is not better.
