Has anyone ever experienced really territorial gay guys? Just last night at work an hour before I had to get off a group of guys comes in and they were sat in my section. I'm a waiter so I thought you know this is going to be a piece of cake. But there was one guy in particular who was about my age that really did not like me.

The whole night he was slave driving me, refusing that the food I was bringing out was incorrect, and to return it to the chiefs to redo it, not only that he was being loud i'm assuming on purpose to make me look really bad in front of my other tables I was waiting on.

When they finally left, I entered their transactions and go figure the rude twink didn't tip me, but surprisingly one of the guys came in and tipped an extra 7 bucks and said that was for handling with his boyfriend.

All I know is if I see that punk while i'm not in my work uniform, i'm to talk to him with my fists.

    Vent over.

" refusing that the food I was bringing out was incorrect"

I thought all waiters had a zip-lok bag of pubes for those "Special" customers.???

You can't be too smart if you are terrorizing the person handling you food..

..Don't get in a fight please..

That was nice that the boyfriend came back. I suspect this is not the first time he has had to do that.

Wow Mesmer! I give you a lot of kudos for keeping your professionalism while dealing with a difficult customer/queen. I hope you don't ever have to confront this guy (with a fist) when you see him in public outside of work. You're one of the good guys so keep it that way! icon_smile.gif

Just make sure he isn't packing first.

I work for a High School and every year I drive one of our athletic teams to an overnight tournament. One year on the way home my kids decided they wanted to sit down and eat instead of drive thru. We picked DENNY'S. When the waitress asked "Tate" what he wanted he was a little shit and when she asked him how he wanted his eggs he replied "Surprise Me". When she left I chastized (quick slap to the back of his head) him and reminded him to be nice to people who are alone with his food. I told him the surprise was going to be she spit in his eggs.

He became quiet and when the food came inspected the eggs and asked what the surprise was. She replied "there is cheese is the eggs". He ate them slowly and I laughed at him the whole time.

His boyfriend was probably checking you out the entire night or at first glance and you didn't notice it and the jerk felt threatened so he acted like the little dick that he had. icon_biggrin.gif

Thanks for taking the time to hear me vent. After another night of work, it went really well, so all is good again. But hearing all your supportive, but very interesting responses, I can't help but chuckle at some of you guys.

    Good advice.

You may wish to tell him people will get respect when they give it. Then again, some people are just NEVER happy. I pity his boyfriend.

I had special techniques and methods for dealing with such people when I was a waiter back in the day. icon_twisted.gificon_twisted.gif
