The ability to bench press 315 for 5 sets of 5 reps with perfect form and have the ability to run a 5k in under 24 minutes. So I guess add speed to my run without losing strength...

I'd like to be a solid 195-200lbs and to kick ass in the tri-state Tough Mudder in October. It's my first mudder and I'm pretty pumped.

I haven't quantified them. Just want to keep getting stronger and more toned. My trainer is giving me more core stuff to do, which is great. Also working on improving flexibility. Even with the modest gains I've made, I'm considerably ahead of where I was three months ago. I have momentum, and I've made maintaining it a top priority.

That's kinda refreshing, methinks -- the idea that one can actually be experience a state of "enoughness." icon_smile.gif

14" arms, probably 40-42" chest, bigger legs, 155-165, then finally some abs :0. I think I'm probably 2 more years out from that.

Noticeably larger shoulders and upper back, combined with the strength to paddle hard, and improved general endurance. Those things, and to be a passable surfer.
