Killer Chest routine

    Found a really killer Routine on YOUTUBE, call

    SICK CHEST WORKOUT ( RELOADED )

    Check this out. I add a couple to twists though. When done with Incline go to Flat Bench do the same 5x10 reps, I started med heavy, reduced the weight after each rep to done, at the end burn out they call it, add the pull up pin machine after doing pushups, so it call for 5x12 reps starting with fly machine to pushups added pull up machine. Awesome work out
