Doing some research to help me improve my week in the gym, I will go to the gym six days a week sometimes twice a day, depending how I feel, like hitting the weights just to let off some energy or to think.

I do run in the mornings and do about 200 to 300 pushups with crunches almost on a daily basis.

Gets my morning started

I am bored in the gym and need to some guidance for the week.
