It's a great mixer. I have one that I take on the road with me when I go to places where I know finding a gym is going to be difficult.

It's the type of training that some people do exclusively, tying it up at the gym for the rest of us who use it as an adjunct.

It's great for on the go because sometimes let's face it traveling makes working out hard. I also like it for certain exercises like rowing. It reminds me of gymnastics rings that they use in crossfit. Some of the ab workouts are really phenomenal as well.

TRX provides for a fantastic body weight work out. I incorporate it into 1 or 2 workouts per week. I wouldn't want to use it all the time, but it switches things up a bit and you can hit many different muscles/muscle groups with it.

It's quite effective and when I've done I've been like wow this really works you out! That being said I have zero attraction to doing it as a regular part of my routine.

I did TRX almost exclusively when I was training for my tough mudder event. I love the workout it gives-it's deceptively more effective than those who only use it occasionally could attest to.

They finally got a full TRX set of monkey bars at my gym. I try to use it several times a week. I love it for core. And it's great to use for chest and arms and back, because it also engaged the core in a meaningful way too.

I'd like to get more training on it.

Nice to do for a different workout, but I wouldn't make it part of my regular routine

    It looks goofy.
But if it works - color me goofy.
