Hi! I work as a Student Wildife Researcher, and I go on field every two odd months or so. When I'm home, what I eat is entirely upto me, but at work, it depends on what's available. And considering that my work has usually taken me to remote villages, the food is oily and starchy. Bad news for someone with a metabolism as bad as mine. I can rarely spare the time and energy for a quick run, so excercise isn't an option. Any suggestions on how to keep from gaining those 3-4 kilos of fat?
