Flabsss, food and motivation?

    Okay so,
    I have flabs on my body mostly on my chest. I use to be overweight but now I am average. I am working on getting rid of these flabs around my chest (manbooobbbbbss), my stomach and my arms.

    Can someone give me advice on how to lose them? I don't do hardcore workout like push-ups and stuff but I can try. I also don't have a membership for a gym since I have money issues. So the only things I can do is workouts at home.

    Also

    Can someone tell me what I should eat daily or tell me what they eat daily to lose weight?

    And

    How can I motivate myself to do these workouts? It's so hard to force my body to do this since I've been lazy at home being depressed ever since I quit my job due to reasons a few weeks ago.

    If you can help me out and make me stronger, I would really appreciate it! icon_smile.gif

    Pushups aren't that hardcore, babe. Do as many as you can, and the next day add one more, and so on, and so forth, and in three months you'll be able to do 100 pushups. Also do lunges and squats, karate kicks on one foot, jumping jacks, or jump rope. Get some free weights. No one can do it for you. You have to motivate yourself. Good luck!icon_smile.gif

    I don't even know where to start because there's so many things that go into it. Why don't you just start to do resistance training and cardio while eating healthier? See what kind of results you get from that and tweak your diet and routine based on how you look after you do that. P90x or insanity might be good for you.
