How do you fight stress?

    I find exercise helps a great deal, sex doesn't de-stress me because I worry about STD's, making a mess, having to clean up the mess etc.

    Making art helps me de-stress. cleaning is therapeutic too.

    Anyone got any other good ways that they use to combat stress.

    Cardio exercise is great for stress relief. Also relaxing at night and doing things I enjoy, like reading or gaming. Sometimes I meditate as well, though I haven't recently that much.

    Since stress starts off mostly mental, I think anything to take your mind off the issue and elsewhere is helpful. For me, sex and exercise (as probably with most guys) is the order of the moment, but things like "walking my beagles" a trip to a museum and a few others do help!

    when Im feeling stressed I call my dog and go for a walk or a run or a game of fetch or just a cuddle....10 minutes with my little guy and all the stress is jogged thrown and licked away...no stress in the world can stand up to the power of a wet puppy nose !
