Has anyone else tried "FRS healthy energy"?....it's the stuff endorsed by Lance Armstrong.

It is basically B vitamins plus quercetin...which they say helps prevent the degradation of adrenaline.

I have been adding it to the juice I make and it really does seem to make me peppy....especially in the evening.

I do it, but not regularly enough to say whether it directly has effect, or whether it's in combo with my diet & other supps/ prewrkout stuff. Like you, though, I'm interested in others' opinion of it, cause god knows, there's ample other stuff I can waste my $ on if this is worthless

Ok, I am convinced that this stuff works...not just for physical energy but all mental. I was just about to fall asleep at work and I drank it. Now I am back to being mentally alert and working. Good stuff!

I tried it for 6 months and had zip zero results, but then again I never feel different when I take any sort of supplement. I think it is all in your head. JMO

I still take daily multi vitamin and minerals, glucosamine plus MSM and fish old. But again I would not feel any different if I quite taking any of these either.

Sorry to hear you got nothing from it. But I am confused why you keep taking the other stuff if you would feel the same without them ... icon_confused.gif

I paid for them so why quite. I do not think they are not hurting me. Plus maybe they help. I have never felt the damage of free radicals but I still drink tea and eat food high in anti oxidants.
