Just finished the first week of the Focus T25...it is a 25 minute workout, but it is quite intense...between that and the eating habit changes, it's done great...9 more weeks to go. If i keep up what i did last week, i will be well on my way to a flat stomach...which is my main goal...

Has anyone else tried it out?

Sounds good -- a nice short, intense workout that more people can make time for.
How are the workouts? Are they enjoyable to do? It looks like there's a good variety so they don't get boring.

I've tried it before. The work-outs are nice, but my muscles hurt that much the day after i'm not able to do the next program. I read it can be dangerous for injuries for people that haven't done sport in a while

After the first week... I've found it's great... The good throng is he also has added in a modified version if you can't (or too exhausted) to do the original. They are fairly enjoyable...and some are repeats for Insanity. I do them in the mornings so i still have my nights for running or any other type of workout i would like to do...

With my fitness level, it is the most brutal 25 minutes spent, but with the results I've seen in the last week, well worth my money

I'm on week 4, day 4. Def see an improvement. Unlike before, I look forward to working out, and have cut down a lot on junk food. I don't even crave it anymore. I'm super pumped ( and dreading, lol) the beta part of the program. Can't wait to post my before and after pics!

I don't know anything about this program and will read up on it later tonight. In the meantime, can anyone tell me one thing: is this a program to lose weight or is this something that someone already in shape (who can't risk much more cardio - I already have trouble keeping weight on) can/should do?
