Interesting video! Thank You! That was delicious with my morning coffee. Yummmm... I have not heard of Teal before, but I like her take on re-embodiment. Personally, as past life residue and relations surface in my current expression; I generally recognize them and process/integrate/delete them as needed. This way the current expression can be maximized without getting stuck in the past/future. The process seems similar to dealing with stray thoughts in meditation. Recognize the frequencies at play, but do not attach to them, thus allowing the flavor of the present to prevail. icon_biggrin.gif

Your uncompromising statement is no less ignorant than the adamant statement you're arguing against.

    Prove it.

Then again, I also challenge others to prove that we DO have past lives.

Personally, I'll err of the side of ignorance in that none of us really know if we've had past lives, or if there is a creator/god, or any other supernatural/unproven stuff. Right now I'm having shit-tons of fun with life, and wouldn't have it any other way. If I die and get reborn into some life that sucks fucking baws, I'll deal with it when it happens. Until then, I'll continue having fun here are not worry about shit till shit happens.

What is there to compromise on exactly? Would you not say the same thing if i told you i believed in legions of pink fairies or extra dimensional aliens or any other extraordinary claim without good evidence?

That is ridiculous, the burden of proof is on the person who makes the claim, not the one who disbelieves it when presented with the claim in the absence of sufficient evidence.

Prove to me that I am not really an interdenominational Sasquatch in a very high tech disguise. Prove it! And if we cant prove or disprove it I guess we have to walk around pretending that we have no idea whether that may be true or not.

    Nonsense.

it can't be explained to a young soul or with logic! You'll only know the answer through the knowledge you obtain using your own free will, which seems to be what the guy that posted this video is doing.

In my past lives, I was in charge of hitting stupid people in the head with a large hammer.

It was physically exhausting work, so I grew tired and got behind in my work...and now look around!

Actually, a lot of people do. Heck I've met at least a dozen people over the years who all remember being Henry 8th.

I've also met a fair number of women who say they remember being Queen Elizabeth the 1st.

You can imagine the fireworks when I introduced some of these people to each other.

    I watched the video.
It doesn't seem to be wrong.
But since we don't remember, how can we tell ?

Those who do not remember their history are doomed to repeat it.

They say when you are born you cry because your life is taken from the past life you were in the other realm of existence, and those who don't cry the soul has not properly transfered it self to its new host. As god said our bodies are just shells for our souls.

People are posting their thoughts, feelings, beliefs and ideas about past lives. No one is submitting a legal document for scientific review, therefore there is no "burden of proof" on anyone here. Open your mind and you might learn something. Did you know that NONE of the science and devices used on the original Star Trek were possible at the time? Someone's imagination just dreamed all that shit up. And now today, pretty much every thing they used on that show has come true. But the creators of that show imagined these might possibly be probable things in the future. Just like many people imagine past lives make sense to them on some level.

Shouldn't people with scientific views on spiritual subjects be in the Scientific section instead of the SPIRITUAL section? It makes total sense to me. Then again, some people just love to argue and prove others wrong despite of their personal beliefs or the facts.

We are more than our bodies so who knows what is possible.

The only way to truly know the answer is to do your own research.

Science is not there yet so you can either wait for science to catch up or do you own investigation.

There have been enough Near Death Experiences to at least entertain the thought that there is existence outside of the body.
The International Academy of Consciousness have done a lot of research on consciousness which includes past life experiences. They have a book called Retrocognitions.

This is something I will study in more depth in the near future.
