    I'm so disappointed.
I find the Rock kind of repulsive.
I could probably name 50 other wrestlers who I would have loved to see play Hercules.
(Has anyone ever figured out why wrestlers are all great actors who never
screw up their lines no matter how long they speak in the ring?)

None of them are good actors. Dwayne isn't an actor, he's a professional mass gainer.

Greek demi-god doesn't come to mind when i picture him.

Someone along the lines of Kellan Lutz would be more fitting icon_biggrin.gif

I can only hope they live up to the Hercules tradition and dub his voice with another actor.

What people remember most is the child like wonder Hercules had while slaughtering his own children.

The only Hercules I remember are:
    - Steve Reeves
    - Lou Ferrigno
    - Arnold Schwarzenegger

Oh yeah, and that Kevin Sorbo guy.

Lou Ferrigno is definitely my favorite Hercules. The films would've been great if they didn't keep 80's-ing them up.

As you all know, I'm a terribly racist and prejudice person so all my Hercules-wanna-bes were white.
But the old movie fans know that Hercules often had a really built black hottie as his nemesis.
Here are a few wrestlers that will do.
    Bobbie Lashely (who can't act)
    BobbyLashley130725.jpg
    Big E Langston
    BigELangston130725.jpg
David Otunga (move over Lex Lugar, *he's* the complete package)

Man I used to use up towels, dirty t-shirts, paper towels in my dorm room after watching Kevin Sorbo when he was in the TV version and taking care of my own business as the result of his hotness. Nothing "boyish" about him; don't understand that comment.

About Dwayne Johnson aka Rock, LOVE HIM. Totally different than Sorbo - TOTALLY - but what a hottie! Oh the things I want him to do to me! WOOOOF!!! icon_twisted.gif

Well, I don't get all the devotion to the Rock but I don't have to.
I think I was first turned off to him when he started saying "Smell what the Rock is cooking."
Never-the-less, I've sure you've all seen Dwayne's peck-pop-of-love but here it is anyway.
