Do u appreciate every moment ur alive or do take it for granted? Do u try to make the most of every moment, every second of each day or do u waste it away? Do u have a sense of urgency or are u guilty of procrastination? Do u try to make the most of ur life or do u just let it go on by? Do u try to live, experience, cherish & examine every moment or are u oblivious to it all like ur in limbo? Do u feel alive inside or dead?.....

Well, if I were dead inside, I'd be a medical miracle.

There are a lot of walking miracles then icon_smile.gif Haven't u seen any people who seem dead inside, who have no spark in their eyes, like they're in limbo?.....

It's difficult to live in the moment when you have to spend half your life working to support those moments ... how about just being aware that each day is a new day with a new experience and appreciating what you have.

Guess being in the moment is reserved for people like the royals or those who live in luxury where they can enjoy every waking hour and pinch themselves & thank their lucky stars that they were born into privilege.....

It would be interesting to know what it is like ... maybe just a day in the life ... I have a feeling it is more work than people may realize ... I think it could be lonely too and very invasive ... I kind of like my private life private and not displayed for the world to see ... and even if it were, most wouldn't pay attention and it would be forgotten in a day.

I live one day at a time, cherishing my time with those close to me, and enjoying the little things in life. Of course, I plan ahead, but plans can always go wrong, no? Honestly, I feel very much alive. Life is good at the moment. Sure, I have made stupid decisions in the past, but who has not?

What's passed has passed, living for now & being present means so much icon_smile.gif .....

This is something I've been trying to work on. I had noticed not long ago that I am always very focused on the future, and because of that, I don't really take the time to enjoy life as it happens. My mind is always somewhere else.

For example, instead of enjoying a nice meal, my mind would be on some small, silly thing that happened earlier in the day. Or I'd be so busy focusing on a future event, that I wouldn't enjoy an afternoon hanging out with friends - I'd be distracted the whole time.

I've been working to try and change that. To stop and simply soak in the moment more. It's a hard habit to break, but I've been making progress and it feels good.

sorry but this kinda has me laughing on the inside.

from time to time, depending on what it is. i'm SORTA reckless and live a little risky BUT i'm a virgin. it's strange how the risky things that i've done in the past could have got me locked up and yet i can't seem to do the same thing when it comes to getting some ass or dating. sheit, it's a whole lot accessible and easier to get compared to the other thing i was trying to get. still can't believe that i never got caught for what i did though. never again.

    I wouldn't broadcast that icon_smile.gif .....

I don't consciously think about the present or the future or the past for that matter. I do every so often try to remind myself to enjoy the present but I do a pretty good job I think of living in the here and now.

I balance it all. I enjoy the days as I live them, plan for the future and never rule out a day of procrastination.
