I want to cut down my sugar intake as part of diet.. I researched and found that the suggested amount is up to 32 to 44 grams per day... I do not eat milk choc anymore, and switched to dark choc. I am also cutting down on other foods with high sugar. I know reading labels can be very confusing, but want to make sure I'm correct about limiting up to 32 to 44 grams of sugar per day... Please advise. Thank you.
