60 years ago, today, Fidel and Raul Castro, along with others, attacked the Moncada army barracks in Santiago de Cuba. Despite their subsequent arrest, imprisonment, and then flight to Mexico, today marks the founding, in spirit, of the "Movimiento del 26 de Julio" (the 26th of July Movement).

Whatever those two brothers are - or are not - that's staying power.

In the words of the Carlos Puebla song, "Para nosotros siempre es 26!"
