needsome help guys

    hey guys

    ok i would like to lose sum flab from my biceps,triceps,an my gut i go walking every night for 30 mins prob do 3 - 4 kays but im not losing weight please can some one advise me in what im doing wrong i cant afford the gym wright at the moment so i cant go there..that an the local foot ballers tease me an beat me up so i try an avoid em please help im a student an i want to improve my self

    icon_smile.gifHi when I was your age and wanted to tone up I used things around the house I lent on the kitchen benches anddid standing push ups while watching TV I did 20 sit ups at a time and just wached the things I ate for a month and did a lot of walking you have to keep moving thats the key hope this helps a bit

    Take up some type of martial arts. That way you get the health benefits of being in better shape, and you learn to defend yourself from the bullies.

    Well you have 2 issues going.. how to lose weight ... and for that you need to increase the intensity of your cardio, walking isn't enough. Try bike riding,
    or a variety of offerings at a gym.... even jumping jacks or moving up and down stairs woudl certainly help.

    As far as the bullies, I agree with Paul above, you need to defend yourself from guys like that. Ridiculous.
