I want to take on this new training/diet program. I have the work out part down but it call for 35/35/30 (protein/carbs/good fats). I'm generally a healthy eater but I want to leave no room for error. My request is any help for measuring these in my diet. I don't know how. I should be eating around 2900 cals broken up into the previous percentages. If anyone has a good formula, or even better, a good day-to-day diet example for a mesomorph build would be GREATLY appreciated!
