I had my Vo2 done a couple years ago with surprisingly positive results. It was beneficial for me and gave me some better parameters to train more effectively.

    Try it out.icon_smile.gif

How have you determined that the parameters it gave you were better and enabled you to train more effectively? Anecdotal determinations don't count.

As for me, I have no need to burn fat since I've never had a surfeit of adipose tissue.

Vo2 was just one of several tests performed. I'm offering my opinion solely from my positive experiences.

Please draw your own conclusions,my life is too hectic to bother engaging in pissing contests.
