    Keep the cardiovascular exercise to a minimum. Have you checked the health sites to see if that is normal for your height and weight? Increasingly more heavy lifting.

    I hate to tell you this..
    Give it time, it's all about the genes and maturing. Your a young man, you look like 75% of most 23 y/o's.
    Hit the gym, eat good, get a nice tight ripped physique and in time muscles will grow.
    It take a lot of time, some have it some do not. I was built like you till I was about 29.
    Then things changed, curious how your dad or siblings are built?
    Pretty good clue on what you can achieve.
