Supplements: What's your stack? What works?

    So i'm just curious as to what everyone is loading. Let's discuss.
    I'm bulking up so i'm on:

    Pre: I make my own pre-workout mix.

    Post:
    Creatine by Beast
    BCAA's (intra)
    Animal Pak
    Casein Protein (Given my very fast metabolism i figured casein is the way to go)

    I just need ideas on cutting sups. So far what worked for me in the past are:
    Natural test boosters.
    Comp 20.

    P.S i'm very athletic, wakeboarding, running, surfing, crossfit, weightlifting. So this is just for additional support.


    So what are you guys taking?

    Hey man. I'm personally not a fan of fat burners. I don't think they work. On me at least.

    So yeah, i make my own pre-workout. I think its better that way cause you can control the amount you put in.


    This is what i use

    5.grams creatine monohydrate

    4.grams beta alanine

    3.grams citrulline malate

    200.mg caffeine (i use caffeine tablets)

    Flavoring(optional)

    What kind of natural test booster do you use? Thought about trying one to see if it will help my arms get past this lagging stage.

    AdreNOlyn with creatine before workout, a protein slow/fast mix after. I workout in the late afternoon so this pumps me for a few hours and the protein reduces hunger after. I also do a protein shake for breakfast with a metabolism boost pill and because of my age, I do a test boost cream (the real thing, doctor prescribed) plus an Arimedex which is a estrogen inhibitor. For anyone interested in the test boost, you can get a compounded version at a compounding pharmacy for about $75/month vs the stuff advertised for about $300/month. Same stuff, same delivery, just no crazy profit to the drug company.

    I read in the past that caffeine supplementation can hinder the ergonenic effects of creatine but after more reading (today) online I find conflicting reports. I am going to try going back on 200-400mg of caffeine daily and if it works I'll keep it. If not I'll drop it.


    Do you use caffeine tablets? I feel like it works for me more for that punch of energy. Do you take test pills?

    I'm digging PES Erase. I've heard some people use it in their PCT cycles. But i just use it as is. Test boost.

    Awesome tip. What kind of creatine do you take? I find BEAST "creature" is the best. No bloating and water retention. And i usually take caffeine pills for my pre-workout. But does it really hinder E.E of creatine?
