I got to try out some exercises and I was really impressed with it. Very very easy to change between exercises and very good resistance throughout the whole movement. I usually only do free weights, but I really liked the cables, especially the possibilties for leg workout. The resistance change goes really well, but when you see something you like you only tend to see the positives.

Is anyone in here using one to train ? Did you buy it and now it collects dust for ....which reasons ? Or are you happy with it ?
