Im going to be competing in my first physique competition in October and I am super excited. Was wondering if anyone here has or is a physique competitor and would like to give me some tips. Right now my diet is pretty normal which is relatively healthy (Carb in take about 90-150g daily). My body fat is 10-12% which I plan to bring down to 7% starting mid august. I do mostly full body workouts 5-6 days (with my main focus on biceps and core) a week with cardio (jump rope and stairs) of about 30 mins to 1 hour 5 times a week. My main question is when should I get bronzed and when should I start cutting out salt in my diet. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
