Again GOOD - Bogus ticket thrown out, but defendant takes town to court for damages.

    It looks too close to me. Had he showed his brake lights in an attempt to stop, he might have been let go, instead he cruised through a light that had apparently been yellow long enough for him to have stopped, or tried to stop. As much as I dislike getting tickets, in my opinion he deserved it. Unless the yellow lite is extremely short in that area. Still, I learned years ago, always show your brake lites when going through a yellow light.

    I didn't see the 2nd video when I commented. No question the light was yellow. A little close but still yellow. Kind of a tough call, but the judge didn't think so.
