    Hey guys,

Could you please help me out with my workout and diet to help me get the proper body that I would like.

I am right now 5'8" tall and 55kg. I would really like to increase a bit on my height to about a 5'11" and get a more muscular and jocky profile. icon_cry.gif

I currently work out only once every three days on my abs for an hour and do only very slight cardio like half an hour of intense cycling every two-three days. icon_redface.gif

Please help me out with any tips you all have, like full-detailed workout schedules, supplements and full-day diets. I am ready to work out two hours three times a week and cardio extra. icon_confused.gificon_confused.gificon_confused.gificon_confused.gificon_confused.gif

Please I want to leave this very slim and kiddish body to look more maintained. Help me out please, y'all. THANKS... icon_biggrin.gif

Relax, you're sexy already. How you get extra height is a mystery to me.

There are all kinds of programs on line. There are several right here on this web site. Check them out.

I think this is one of the better free ones on BBdotC: Shortcut to Size. It is a 12 week, 4 phase program. There are videos to explain what it is, how it works, how to perform the workouts properly (form is more important that weight, *especially* for a beginner). There's plenty there about diet, nutrition and supplementation as well.

You have to educate yourself about working out. What works and what doesn't. What really matters in the long run is persistence. Unless you have won the genetic lottery, small guys don't become 'big' quick. (The big guys you see didn't either.) Three to five years is not an unreasonable amount of time to allow for truly significant body change. However, visible and desirable changes can be had much faster -- months to a year or so, depending on your age, diet, genetics, etc.

    Have fun.

My advice would be hire a trainer for a couple sessions, they can teach you some great routines and coach you on diet and such.

Aristoshark saidTo increase height, get a bar (like a chin-up bar), hook your legs over it, and dangle upside down for 2 hours a day. In a few months time, gravity will make you taller as the earth pulls your torso closer.

What were those things called that were all the rage some time ago; inversion boots? There was some bar thing that you hooked these metal boots to and then the whole thing pivoted so that you were upside down.

    Yup, I remembered correctly: http://goo.gl/JvC4l9
