Major Matt Mason... I had the space station, space sled, the spacesuit with movable arms, his backpack which had a retractable wire in it so that you could hook him up and make him travel across a room like he was traveling through space, pretty much all of his equipment, and the battery operated moon walker... Sadly, all I have left is the Major himself...

Also, one of my ultimate favorite toys was Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, one of my ultimate favorite movies. It was a die-cast metal Corgi (British company) toy car with retractable wings....

I have both on a shelf at work, and am constantly amazed at the comments people make in which they remember these toys fondly as well...

I used to play with Anchor Stone Blocks... which are basically tiny blocks made out of cement. They used to keep me occupied for hours... i still have all the sets and only lost one piece which im oddly proud of.

that is so funny that you said this, because this was mine too, and I figured no one would even know what it was. I had the Space Crawler, along with the Space Bubble. I REALLY wanted the Space Station too, but back in the early 70's, that cost around $20, which was way pricey for a toy.

and a black pedal race car that I used to 'drive' all over, and though, not necessarily a toy, I wore one of these, bought at the swap meet for one dollar, on my stonewashed denim jacket in the fifth grade.
