Is it just me or do the Real Jock workout seem complicated. Like too much information or weird formatting. Im trying to start a new workout plan however i think the workout plans offered on this site require you to be in the gym for a while (i dont want to do that since i work at a gym and i hate to be there all day).

Do you guys know of any other workout plans that are easier to read?

I want results but i dont want to be in the gym longer than an hour or an hour and 30 minutes.

I don't really go in with a plan. I just go back and forth between machines and weights, doing what feels good and what I think will strengthen my arms and chest (the areas I try to concentrate on). Sometimes I'll try a maneuver I saw on MensHealth.com or something, but for the most part, it's just me doing my thing.

Maybe try looking into another site for workout suggestions? I have a Windows 8 app called Gym Guide that has suggestions and short videos on different workouts.
