    Hey guys post your chest workouts here! I need to spice up my sets! Tired of the same old, same old!

    Oh, and remember to post pics, videos, etc. of yourself as, umm, hmm, proof?, yeah, proof that your routine works! If you have to post noods in order for me to get a good sense of your physique or a particular movement, that is ok. I won't fault you! icon_twisted.gif

    My chest routine is like this:

    Bench press or DB press -- 4 sets, 9 reps

    Incline bench -- 4 sets, 9 reps

    Decline bench -- 4 sets, 9 reps

    Cable fly's or DB fly's -- 5 sets, 9 reps

    Each exercise starts at a weight that is not too easy but not ridiculously heavy, and after each set I increase weight. On my last set of each exercise, I use a weight that is HEAVY for me.

    Oh yeah, and this is done once a week only.
