Im not really sure what would be better so maybe u guys could help me out a little.

My limit is around 300 dollars, so i was going to get him...

A.) this dolce and gabbana "prime time" watch that hes been wanting for a while.

B.) nintendo wii and a few games and some giftcards because then we can both play together and i feel like he would get more use out of it than a watch.

    or

C.) a bunch of outfits, which i got him last year...

pleassee help me out and tell me which u would prefer if ur boyfriend was to get u something

My bf knows I want a Wii and he'll probably get it for me, then we can play together.

I'd say the watch. It'll last a long time, and won't become yesterday's technology so fast. (or ever)

Last year I got my partner an IPod as well as some nice shirts from A&F and a few other things. Christmas is tricky for us because my birthday is 2 days after Christmas, then a week after that it is our anniversary!

I'm with Fable, go for the watch. It'll last longer, he can 'always have it with him' and you can have it engraved with something if you fancy.

you could start ringing in the holiday with a champagne blow job, then it won't matter what's in the boxes. icon_twisted.gif

try to have a moment alone with him in a quite room, play a very romantic song and tell him that song is for him while you stare at his eyes sitting both on the couch, then give give him a little framed picture of what you guys did together in the summer wait for him to smile then look at his eyes again kiss him really nice and tender and whisper -marry christmas-

if some guy in this world ever think of something like that as a gift for me, I would fucking fall in love with him right away

Huh. I guess I just don't get the whole watch thing.

Anyway, I noticed that you said he has been wanting the watch for a while and that with the wii you could play together and you feel like he'd get more use. Has he given any indication that he would be interested in playing wii with you, or are you projecting your wants onto him? If you really aren't sure, or you think you might want the wii more than he does, then go with the watch. icon_smile.gif

i was gonna vote for the watch but then i googled it -- do you realize it's a yellow gold diamond encrusted mess with a big flashy D&G logo on the face?!?!?!?!?icon_eek.gif
is your boyfriend a gangsta rapper or a pimp? yes?
then get the watch, it's perfect.

I think that flashing logos isn't very classy. I think its a great idea, but there are so many better quality watch brands for the price, if a watch is truly what you want to buy him.

I am a big fan of really digging to find something that he would literally love. It might be be supplies for his favorite hobby, a collection of dvds of his favorite movies, dinner at a restaurant that he has been wanting to go to. The old saying is true, "its the thought that counts"!

England, get the Wii..It is more fun for the boh of you and it is something you can both play and the gift cards are nice also...It is a chance for him to get himself something special that he wants also...If he is not a game type player then go with something else for a gift... It's being with you for Christmas that he will love the most of all....have a great Christmas guys...

Yeah, I'm kinda having the same problem... However, lucky me my bf is good at giving sentiment but thinks it's hilarious when receiving it. lol. He's not huge into gift exchange at all really. But yeah, I'm a big believer in getting what you pay out of a present. my anniversary is 3 days after x-mas so I'm gonna get him a PS3 w/out games for x-mas then give him the games and a couple of new outfits for the anniversary (he doesn't really like the options his wardrobe offers him). . I do this not b/c I don't think I could come up with something more clever or sweet but b/c if I spend 300 bucks on something I want it to be something that hes going to enjoy and can actually use and thats probably what we'll do for our anniversary, along with breakfast and dinner and tons of other very enjoyable activitiesicon_smile.gif

Yeah, man, go with the Wii. Something fun would definitely be sweet, especially because it sounds like you got yourself a gamer boyfriend.
