I have worked at so many in the past its a lot of travel and very intense. Its fun but not for the bands, rarely do I ever want to see any actual acts and when I do I get to stand to the side of the stage, WHICH IS PRETTY FUCKING AWESOME! The crowds are incredible to see

Years of working in the Security industry, managing the behind the scenes boring stuff like insurances, logistics, admin etc. My job is to keep records of compliance and manage the administration team on the ground.

I like small intimate festivals. My hubby and I are going to Supernormal in the UK next weekend. It's our second year. It's an art festival.

Last year, there were 500 people (including all performers and staff). The music and art is experimental and sometimes extreme. It's friendly as fuck.

    This is the main stage.

    Detroit Electronic Music Festival (DEMF)

Last weekend of May every year.

In the video you get a brief glance at this local scene celebrity at almost every techno event in Techno City (Detroit), known as Techno Grandma, proving techno is the music that brings us all together:

One of the performers this year was Moodymann:
