    What's your favorite raw food?

This week I've added red onion, cilantro, parsley, and kale to my diet. I thought I had to steam the kale before but if I cut it up fine, it works.

I usually like yellow squash, cherries, and garlic raw.

    So:

    01) red onion
    02) cilantro
    03) parsley
    04) kale
    05) yellow squash
    06) cherries
    07) watermelon (just thought of that)
    08. garlic
    09) raw pineapple
    10) romaine lettuce

Try getting a Nutribullet for $80 at bedbathbeyond with a coupon or a vitamix at costco. Raw is so much better made into a liquid so your intestines don't have to extract the nutrients. I also eat lots of mixed salads besides the liquid ones.

I found this article. Steam lightly is best rather than raw for lower cholesterol.

The idea is to go NATURAL because that is what the body is predisposed to. Let the intestines do their job of processing raw food.
