Best thing to do is seriously wander around the city on foot!! There's SO much to see and do within each neighborhood that driving will cause you to miss it all. Union Square is cool, I'm not a fan of The Wharf, but most locals are not, so hit that up on your own. Check out the cool sights like Coit Tower, Twin Peaks, walk/ride a bike across the Golden Gate Bridge, Chrissy Field has some GREAT views of the GG Bridge, there's Angel Island which can be accessed by the Ferry.......

Sodomy, you can do that anywhere.

I'd say to just walk the streets and look at the city itself. San Fran is great to walk in. Also, ride the Cable cars and talk to the other tourists on board.

I'll add on to what a1972guy said...check out Alcatraz. I've been a longtime resident of the Bay Area and I love taking a ferry over to the island and just taking a stroll. It gives you time to reflect and you'll also see a great view of SF, Tiburon, Sausalito, etc..

Start night out with beverage at Backflip. With a fun, and mixed crowd, you can sit under the heat lamps on the patio beside the custom painted pool. It's located next door to old glam rocker motel Phoenix. Hot and flirty staff. Call first, the owner I knew when I lived there was a very persnickety gay guy.

    Good luck.

Oh, in Union Square area, at Neiman's grab a drink at Rotunda. Shopping, boozing, and people-watching. And eating if you must (lol).

There's this restaurant called "Baghdad" (I think) which has really nice, laid-back servers, located in The Castro (and worth your checking out). If you'd like a nice view, you can walk through The Castro to this really great hill (sorry, don't recall the name) whose summit gives you a view of the city and one of the places where a scene from Hitchcock's VERTIGO was filmed.

Also try to check out the opera house as its beautiful.

The food is AWFUL @ "Baghdad", it's better when you're drunk at 3am! Check a movie out at The Castro Theater, that is an AWESOME place!!!

Here are things I'd bet you might like doing:

Running / walking the Golden Gate Bridge - park on either side.

Running / playing frisbee at the Marina Green (gorgeous guys getting sun on warm days).

Hanging on a cable car - going all over from Union Square up Nob Hill and down to the wharf.

Ft. Point - If you surf - this is right under the G.G. Bridge.

If you have a bike - there are tons of fun places to ride it - or skate.....especially from Ft. Mason toward the bridge.

I left out clubs and pubs since you're 20. Fake I.D. at all?

Russian Hill steps - running - catching views of everywhere.

Tennis? Alice Marble Tennis Courts - corner of Lombard and Hyde - free - and a great place to spend some time.

Just walking all over the place - bring a coat - it is cold in SF right now!
