    Hey guys,

I've recently started working on the weight machines at my gym, but I usually can't go for an hour of pure weight training.

How in the world do you guys get to an hour or more per session?

    Thanks for any info!

Do more cardio. It increases your endurance, which translates to longer workouts.

...or just take frequent breaks between sets.

Like Paul said, take breaks between sets. Also, if you're doing full-body workouts, it could help to experiment with the order in which you train your muscle groups. For instance, I usually do my legs last, because they drain my entire body of energy. Wait with biceps and triceps until after your chest and back, because you'll still need them. And in between I use the groups that I find less tiring to train (ie abs, traps) as a way to give myself a bit of a 'rest' during the workout.
