We're, uh, unaware of everyone's needs. Can we help? Yes, but until I saw this post this person didn't exist.

When it comes to human rights, Texas is the worst state in the nation. Basically, if you're queer and living in Texas, you're on your own.

Is their state law above the constitution of the country or what?

Finally, a victim that says fuck that, I dont forgive them. Nice.

My heart goes out to him though. Ive visited dallas and have been on that dark ass street where this happened. I remember thinking, we're gonna get shot and robbed, over here in the hood with all these wetbacks prowling. Hate that something actually happened to someone totally innocent and undeserving.

Have you ever been to Texas? It's a bit more complicated than that.

The author should have his writing privileges taken away for using the term "gayborhood."

Yes, I believe it is. You fool yourself if you believe that every state in the Union follows the U.S. Constitution as the law of the land. Many, many GOP governed states like to hide behind the Constitution but regularly wipe their asses with it.

And, yes, I have been to Texas. I try to stay away but go there for business meetings when necessary.

Hasn't their Governor Perry intimated that Texas should withdraw from the Union? That tells you how much respect they hold for the US Constitution. And their State flag is based on the national flag they used after they seceded from Mexico, before applying to join the US as a State.

I lived in Texas 4 years, and was a voting citizen for 8. I endorse their desire to secede from the United States. And hope that Mexico promptly annexes them.

Say what you want about Texas, but at least we're not stopping and frisking "suspicious" blacks and latinos (New York) nor letting killers of young black men go free (Florida).

    See how easy that was?
