Lookin to add some new music to my gym playlist. What are some of the songs you listen to at the gym to get amped up?

Black Flag - Damaged (entire album) is my most recent weight lifting playlist. Some Butthole Surfers tunes get me worked up. I'm old, so this music brings back the rage of my youth.

At Defined Fitness, they play only rubbish junk. I've offered to provide a list of better music, but they are not interested.

I think that some Strauss polkas would get guys through their workouts more quickly so we wouldn't have to wait for so long for equipment. Perhaps some Sousa marches would be good. Mazurkas would really get guys moving. There are many possibilities.

Headlong by Queen - is a great jump start for cardio.
Shipping up to Boston by Dropkick Murphy's makes me want to bust out extra sets.

My "powersong" on the ipod alternates between Paul Simon's "Graceland" and Air's "Mike Mills." I also like to include some super fast Bach on the piano played by Glenn Gould.
