Any personal trainers from NJ on this site? I have a difficult time motivating myself when it comes to exercise. I need somebody to kick my butt into better shape. If I'm paying a trainer, I'm going to follow a program. I am also a vegetarian, so it would be nice to find somebody who has knowledge of vegetarian nutrition.

I'm a trainer for sports. If your having problems with motovation just remember what it is your striving for and think about what you want. As for food, go for whole foods. As little starch veggies as possible although once a month won't hurt and lots of grains.

Why advise against eating starch veggies and then suggest eating lots of grain? Grain is mostly starch!
