Some true athletes, they don't get the recognition they deserve. Some pretty hot guys too.

A great weekend, with a 17-1 win over St. Francis Brooklyn before closing the tournament with a 24-5 win over MIT. Stanford next sees action at the NorCal Invitational from Sept. 21-22 in Berkeley.

Love water polo. Played a much harder version in college...Inner Tube water polo. Only differences were you couldn't use your legs for speed and your upper body took a big beating. Slower, but a great upper body workout!icon_smile.gif

I'm pretty sure you didn't really mean to say inner tube polo is a 'harder version' than conventional water polo. It truly isn't harder, and to the contrary it is much easier. Inner tube polo was invented in 1969, to help people with no experience in water polo play the game.

By floating in an inner tube, players experience less contact and expend less energy than traditional water polo players, not having to tread water. This allows casual players to enjoy water polo without undertaking the intense conditioning required for conventional water polo. I'm thinking that's what you meant to say.

Yes if America wasn't such a homophobe this sport would be the skill sport, not football where the guys just bulk and crash into each other.

The Nor-Cal Invitationals are coming up THIS Saturday & Sunday. This is a big weekend for us here in CA......no matter what school you went to. Guys in the stands will be catching some sun while they watch the games.
