Is this a good routine?

I've been looking for beginner routines and all of them basically require barbells, which I don't have at my apartment gym (and with time and money constraints, it's the gym I gotta use right now). So I found this one for a routine with no barbells:

However, I just started today and it says on the link that it should take me 30 minutes to do it all..but I was there for an hour and still had sets left to do (I had to leave cuz I have to get ready for work). Is that normal..for a complete begginer to just take a lot longer than "expected"? Or is 30 minutes unrealistic for all of those exercises?

Thanks for all the feedback guys! Hmm..I really thought I had posted this under "Strength training." Do you think it got moved for some reason, or does it make more sense that I just posted it in the wrong place? Lol

The best beginner routine I've ever seen is the Strong Lifts 5x5. Here's a link. Good luck and don't stop training.

I agree with him for sure. I'm making some huge gains doing Stronglifts right now.
