And I mean like scoliosis. Or other things of that nature?because of my scoliosis it starting to hurt when I lift above my head and I want to know what exercises can I not do to make it worse. I have tried a brace but hurts way too much even with tylenol. What can I do so I can work out feeling the pain in my spine?
Any advice is well apreciated very much ! Thank you

I don't know if you have ever seen a physiatrist, but that's the type of doctor who can address your problems. You should be able to find one in your area. I assume your degree of curvature isn't great enough to warrant surgery.

I have it, but got the attention for it as a child. My spine was twisted but its been corrected. I don't know what exercises you can do, but I recommend going to a physiotherapist.

You're allowed up to 30% curvature before they suggest surgery, I'm at 23% but because I'm an adult and my bones have settled, a brace won't do me any good, my back kills me sometimes when I wake up, but I just push through it, definitely look into getting a physician to look at it if you haven't in some time and they can tell you how to adjust to it.
