    I train them once a week now. I don't have to do much to get them sore though! The workout area I go to is pretty simple, I don't have access to a squat rack or I'd incorporate them.

    Leg extensions
    Air squats, one legged squats, and bulg leg squats.
    Forward lunges
    Leg press
    Toe raise
    Calve raise
    Hamstring curls

    Squat, calf raise, leg press, leg extension, leg curl, hack squat, leg adduction, leg abduction. Four sets each for most.

    Vary my leg workout a lot. I use squats, Romanian deadlifts, curls seated and prone, lunges and hacks. For calves I use toe extensions, heel raises and donkeys.

    I do legs once a week along with shoulders. This is what I do for legs:

    Squats, 4 sets of 8
    Barbell calf raises, 4 sets of 25
    Lunges w/dumbbells, 4 sets of 8 (8 on each leg)
    Leg press, 4 sets of 10

    Then I add a 5th exercise which I vary between: leg extensions (4x10) or leg curls (4x10)

    I normally do:

    Back Barbell Squats 2 Heavy sets 1-3 reps & 3x6-10 reps
    Calf Ext 4x15-20 reps
    Leg Press 4x10-12 reps (w/ Calf Raises 4x15-20 reps)
    Leg Curl 4x10-12 reps
    Leg Ext 4x10-15 reps
    Goblet Squat 3x8-10 reps

    I train lower body twice a week between chest/back and arms/shoulders.

    Squat
    Deadlift
    single leg curl
    calf press on leg press machine

    3x8-3x12

    My legs have always been thick... now I just want them cut.

    I train mine once a week and higher reps...10-20 a set squats,leg press,extensions,romanian deadlifts,leg curls, I train my calves twice a week, 8 sets 12-20 reps
