Speed and Endurance Training Program

    Hi RJ,

    I'm in my second season of gay flag football and I absolutely love it. I'd like to improve both my speed and running endurance over the next couple months in anticipation of the spring season. Are there some tried and true strategies I should be following? I have not searched a lot online yet, I wanted to you the RJ take on things first. I also hadn't found anything in the RJ workout plans section

    My thought is to identify a solid program, then offer to run it is a camp or regularly scheduled activity for others to join if they'd like to do so. This will also help me keep on track and focused. Thanks!

    Fartleks and hill training are my favorite workouts. Give them a try.
