I just finished a 16 week workout program with a personal trainer. I gained 12 pounds of muscle (was aiming for 16lbs), but have finally got my foundations in place.

With that said, my trainer has gone AWOL and set me loose w/o an action plan. My most recent workouts have been 6 days at the gym doing back, legs and arms twice a week. I've been avoiding cardio at all costs. I've seen modest gains in my arms, but alot of muscle in my thighs and butt.

Can anyone recommend a good program for me to continue forward with? I don't know where to begin.
