Lines at the ER, a television boom, emptying suburbs. A catastrophic economic downturn would feel nothing like the last one...

Will the burbs become the new slums as downtown city centers see renaissance? Stay tuned!

I am not even sure what an economic depression is, but a prolonged economic recession would have some of the attributes described in this article. Especially the increased TV viewing. TV is a great way for depressed people to escape unpleasant reality.

One really big difference between this downturn and the others is that people seem to really want this downturn . Its like people are getting off big time on the bad news and want it to keep coming. Kinda S&M I think.

I'm thinking something like Mad Max; Beyond the Thunderdome.
I can almost hear Tina singing it like it is.....

We have to stay positive and for how long is this so call depression been happening?

A guy, here in the bay area killed his boss, director of HR and someone else. This is what I worry about.

Money comes and goes. Loony's.... shit, it can be your next door neighboor.

Past - Is to put bad memories aways and keep the good ones

Present - Is what I am living at this moment

Future - I See it in a positive way (faith - hope)
