This guide to bodyfat percentages is interesting.. do you think it's accurate?

Do you think losing that much weight is possible for the average guy?

    Goes from 30%

    To 7%

Plus all the stages in between

Hats off to the guy, but I think he's overestimating how low he got. It doesn't look like 7% to me.

I love how he is holding that newspaper.

I'm no expert, but when I had a trainer measure my fat%, it came out pretty low but I definitely did not look like my number. If he used those caliper-type things then it may not be as accurate as when compared to being dunked in a vat of water or one of those MRI scans for fat.

BTW that cannot be him in the second pic. icon_question.gif

You always have to be skeptical of those, "I lost x amount of weight in 10 or 12 weeks and my body fat went from 30% to 7%".....especially when it says because I used product X. There is no quick fix for getting lean....it's all diet an cardio. In my opinion, if you look at the article at the link provided the photo you have posted at 7% isn't there, the last one I find is at 10% and I would have to say the guy in the last photo looks much younger than the guy in the previous photo at 14-16%. It's totally possible to go from 30% to 7% however, to do is safely and keep it off it would most likely take six months to a year but it varies from person to person. For the most part, the general rule to "see" your abs is 10% body fat or less.

Nothing like the Photoshop diet to lose all those unwanted pounds in almost no time at all!

There's a page two. I thought the same as you at first as well. In fact he goes to 6%, which seems unreal.

He's done an 'inspirational' youtube video as well. I don't like the tone very much.
