I happen to have a very muscular calves. I think it is because since highschool, i walked everywhere I go. It's not fat, but its muscle. I'm trying to slim it down because it is very tight on my calves area when i wear my jeans. I'm trying to find new exercise that will help me slim it down. Does anybody have the same problem? Any exercise suggestions?
