Do u let things get u down & let things stress u out or are u the detached type, the kind that doesn't let things or anyone get under ur skin? Are u happy-go-lucky & easily adaptable to any situation or perdicament that arises or do u let every bump in the road get to u?.....

It depends. There are very few things someone can do/say that will really get to me. But if you do find my weak spot, then you can hurt me bad. But in general, I'm pretty easy going.

Not at all. I refuse to let my energy be turned negative by negative people or negative events. Life goes very fast and poorly that way for people who do, at least in my observation.

Happy thoughts. Sunshine and daisies. Listen to Julie Andrews sing. Cuddle with your puppy. Wank.

Depends on what it is. I am either detached, or very attached.

The more bumps you go through the better you become at dealing with them. Then you get to a point where you see the value in going through bumps and they become learning experiences which you value. That being said, planning goes a long way in dealing with stress and the ability to decompose challenges and mitigate based on priority and probability.

As for things getting under my skin... hmmm... nothing worst than dealing with people who have absolutely no creative/analytical thinking capabilities.

Unfortunately yes. I am working on it and have been doing better.

I will tell you that when I am having a difficult time, I retreat back into being more sensitive. So bear with me. I am honestly trying.

Yes and No, I realized that I have no control over things that can't be control. I just give it a rest, and move on. I may feel a bit upset for like a day or two but no big deal.

I'm actually beside myself because my partner is watching a TV show called "Deadly Women". It tells the story of evil women who kill, and in the case that just finished was a woman who killed her 4 yr old son and set the house on fire to destroy the evidence. She was convicted and sentenced to death (YES!!) but it was overturned. She then plead guilty and was given life without parole. If the portrayal was accurate, I'd say she should have been thrown into a creamatorium alive. icon_mad.gif
