I just got back from Las Vegas yesterday and had a great time. It was my first time there, so it was a whole new experience for me. I loved the energy there.

For those of you that have been, what was your last time there like? Is anyone planning on going out there soon?

I've only been there to gamble ...never have walked away a winner ... so what exactly did you do?

I gambled a little. First, the slots, and then after watching some craps games, I played and ended up winning $50.

It was fun to just walk around, as each casino has its unique appeal. The Cosmopolitan and The Paris were nice, as were Caesar's, The Bellagio, and Encore at Wynn. There were a few casinos that I didn't end up going into, such as Rio, as it's a little out of the way to get to.

I've been to Vegas many times and the last time I was there, we stayed at the Cosmopolitan. Talk about swank! Our room was huge and definitely enjoyed staying there.

We did some gambling and I usually break even. Our favorite thing to do is try the different restaurants around town. Next time you're there and if you're not a vegetarian, go to Holstein's at the Cosmopolitan. The ahi tuna sliders are to die for.

That sounds great. There were so many nice looking restaurants there.
