This Florida case will hinge on what color skin his neighbors had, and whether they were wearing hoodies and eating Skittles. I think the Bush Doctrine only applies if they're of Middle Eastern descent. icon_rolleyes.gif

Isn't the "Bush Doctrine" a term thought up by some media hack trying "gotcha questions"?

Surprised he didn't cite the Jeb Bush Doctrine of "Stand Your Ground..."

There is an overabundance of weird and strange in Titusville and in Brevard County. Some very out-of-touch-with-reality call that area home.......

Yet another shitshow in Florida, what else is new? The defense is playing this all wrong. First of all, the Dude should have hidden the bodies and partied the month away until the body decomposed and the cause of death could be questioned. His lawyers should have then claimed that he snuck up on the dead guys because they "acted suspiciously" upon which a fight ensued and during which he feared for his life and thus was justified in killing during an incident he initiated.

We all know Florida jurors will easily fall for this bullcrap.

ReluctantPromises saidTitusville is only fifteen minutes from where I live.
You're near Space Coast Regional and we haven't met? That's like a staple location for my job! I'm always stopping there for fuel when flying north. icon_wink.gif

Yeah, I think Florida has finally edged past South Carolina, Texas, and California. Congratulations.
